Kyle Shilley, the owner of ESA, combines his extensive knowledge and over 20 years experience in the electrical industry with a relentless pursuit of excellence, providing our customers with the highest standard of customer service. His infectious sense of humor and ability to relate have forged strong relationships with our customers. Kyle spends his free time hunting, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors with his family. Under his guidance, ESA continues to thrive, delivering exceptional service and solutions to its valued clientele.

Michele Shilley joined the ESA team bringing a variety of experience from working for an electrical distributor, hotel management, and most recently as a Registered Nurse. Her desire to help others is showcased in her commitment to provide excellent customer service and her commitment to our team. Michele enjoys beekeeping (her honey is amazing!!!) and making beautiful jewelry. Most importantly, she finds great happiness in her family.

Jake is a PNW native and an avid sports fan. A fun fact about Jake is that while playing baseball in high school, he pitched over 80 mph! He enjoys spending his free time going camping, hunting, and fishing. Jake joined the ESA team in 2017, right from the start he had special way of connecting with our customers and factories. Jake is an out of the box thinker and goes the extra mile to offer exceptional customer service.

Dwight is a lifelong resident of the beautiful Pacific Northwest. He has a strong background in electronics sales and operations, making him a valuable asset to ESA and to our customers. He is dedicated to covering Northwestern Washington, using his local market understanding to identify sales opportunities. In his free time, Dwight loves to travel, golf, and enjoy southeast Asian cuisine with his family.

Sarah has 12 years of experience in the lighting industry, joining ESA in 2012. Sarah is known for going above and beyond to build lasting relationships with customers. She values her family and enjoys cooking new recipes for them. Sarah also finds peace in nature and enjoys capturing beautiful moments. With her experience, customer service skills, relationship-building abilities, and passion for life's simple pleasures, Sarah is a valuable asset to ESA.

Phil works as inside support for several of our lighting and electrical lines. Offering both extensive knowledge and exceptional customer service, he takes the time to develop strong relationships with customers and factories. Phil knows how important it is to have a sense of urgency when processing requests, quotes, and orders. Always accomplishing tasks in a timely and efficient manner. For the last 20 years, Phil has worked the retail, distribution, and rep sides of the market. Phil has several interests and hobbies, taking his beloved Mustang out for a drive is at the top of the list. As a devoted father, nothing brings him more joy than spending time with his daughters.

Kimberly is a seasoned professional in the electrical industry with a 25-year track record. Her experience working for an electrical distributor gained her expertise and insights and experience with electrical contracting attained her hands-on experience. In 2004, she joined ESA and has become a vital part of our team. Kimberly is a problem-solving enthusiast who loves challenges and finding innovative solutions for our clients. Beyond work, she finds joy in nature, books, music, and spending time with loved ones. With her experience, enthusiasm, and commitment to learning, Kimberly is an essential member of our team.

Bert is a Western Washington native. He has been in the Rep-Warehouse business for over 30 years. Bert keeps a meticulous warehouse, no one can believe how organized and clean it is. He enjoys spending his spare time with his two daughters and family. He also enjoys playing board games, soccer and going to Seattle Sounders games.

Fred is a founder and former owner of ESA. Anyone who knows Fred knows he has a passion for cars. He's happiest behind the wheel of an old classic, roaming a car show, or driving a race car around the track. He wears many hats and handles outside sales for Alaska and Southern Western Washington. He is well-known, having spent many years in the electrical sales industry. His depth of product knowledge and commitment to finding innovative solutions for customers has earned him a reputation of a person to call for everything, including cost sensitive projects to complex electrical product job solutions.
